Garcia’s bio:
Michael Garcia is a senior at John Jay College majoring in Computer Science and Information Security. At an early age, he had a knack for technology, but had further interest in finding out how computers operated. At 13, he started programming in Java and gained an interest in cybersecurity while securing a Linux server. He currently holds an IT GRC apprenticeship at a global cosmetics company securing the IT environment through effective governance, which is applying the decisions made by the business and IT function.

Kayla Ramjohn
HUM 214: Writing in the Humanities

Ramjohn’s bio:
Kayla Ramjohn was born and raised in Queens, NY to a West Indian family. As an English major with an Anthropology minor, both of these insightful, creative, and exploratory disciplines perfectly encapsulate her interests in creating art and discovering the nuances of the world around her. She will be graduating in the Spring of 2023.

Victoria Bradford
ENG 385: Alternative Project

Bradford’s bio:
Tori is currently a junior majoring in forensic psychology with an interest in joining the FBI in the future to become a criminal profiler. As of right now, she is in the academy working to become an emergency medical technician with the FDNY. After taking an independent study she wrote her essay titled, “Perfecting the Art of Imperfection”, where she exhibited the ups and downs that came with this journey of finding who she really was outside of this bubble that she created for herself.
